Who said that tiny houses have to be plain, boring and similar? As the market become saturated with options, more and more people are looking for better designs and offerings.
For those with means, a luxury tiny house starts to sound very attractive.
Nashville, Tennessee based tiny house builder New Frontier Design has come up with a concept that will blow many so called ‘luxury’ tiny houses out of the water.
Dubbed the ‘Escher’, this tiny house comes loaded with luxury options you would not expect to find in a small space.
The Escher measures 8’6ft in width and 13’6ft in height. It’s length is 40 feet, including a 7ft gooseneck platform. All this translates to 375Sq ft of usable space, loft included.
It has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 6.
Unheard of in the tiny house world, Escher comes with a chef’s kitchen. That’s right, the builder states that it was designed for an actual chef.
“The Escher kitchen, built for an actual chef, merges functionality and luxury. With a casual open floor plan, you’ll find guests tend to congregate near and compliment this room,” they write.

What else do you get in a luxury tiny house? Let see; what about a walk in closet. Not many average size homes even have these.
The builder promises that only premium materials have been used to craft the tiny house. The main structure features charred (Shou Sugi Ban) cedar siding / Red Western Cedar siding (triple coated with Spar Urethane), Custom Metal Siding and a Mechanical Seam Metal Roof.
All this is set on a triple axel 33ft custom gooseneck trailer, bringing the total weight of the tiny house to mind-boggling 20,000 lbs.
Inside, you will also find an office that comes with its own standing desk.
“What about the main bedroom?” you ask. Throw in a king-size bed with hydraulics. “Why?” you ask. WHY NOT.
More luxury awaits you in the bathroom. This is what you can expect to find, as listed by the builder:

They say “If you have to ask the price, you can’t afford it”, so let me tell you outright. You should be looking at anything from $200,000. Those are American Benjamins by the way, not Canadian or Australian.
